Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or participate in any Real Money Play on the Platform. cun77 strictly prohibits underage gambling. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. cun77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Residency. The Platform primarily serves residents of Indonesia. You represent that accessing and using the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you in your place of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bet.

2.3 Single Account Rule. Each Member may hold only one Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.4 Personal Use Only. The Platform is for personal recreational use only. You may not register or operate an Account on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial entity. Any account found to be used for commercial betting syndication purposes will be closed without notice.

2.5 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of cun77 and its affiliated companies, game providers, and payment processors are not eligible to hold a Member Account or participate in Real Money Play.

2.6 Self-Exclusion. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from the Platform, you are not permitted to register a new Account during your self-exclusion period. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process. To access Real Money Play on cun77, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. 3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). cun77 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds and in other circumstances at cun77's discretion. KYC documents may include a government-issued Indonesian national ID card (KTP), passport, driver's licence, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.5 Account Suspension and Closure. cun77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without notice — if it reasonably suspects: (a) provision of false registration information; (b) breach of any provision of these Terms; (c) fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise illegal activity; (d) use of automated software or bots; or (e) any other activity deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cun77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following local payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed at face value in IDR with no currency conversion fees applied by cun77.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The current minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable maximum transaction limits are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time. Members are advised to check the cashier page for the most current limits before transacting.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallet channels are ordinarily credited to your Account balance within minutes of successful confirmation by the relevant payment provider. cun77 is not responsible for delays caused by banking system outages, scheduled maintenance windows (including Nyepi bank closures), or incorrect transfer references provided by the Member.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by cun77 within 15 minutes on average, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification. Withdrawals are paid only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (matching ownership rule). cun77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your cun77 Account are from a legitimate personal source and are not proceeds of any criminal or otherwise unlawful activity. cun77 operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant authorities.

4.6 Unclaimed Balances. If a Member Account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or withdrawal activity) for a continuous period of 12 months, cun77 may charge a monthly inactivity fee as specified in the cashier terms. Members will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. After 24 months of continuous inactivity, any remaining balance may be forfeited at cun77's discretion following notification.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. cun77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to Members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page and these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated at the point of bonus acceptance. It is your responsibility to read and understand the wagering requirements before claiming any bonus.

5.3 Game Contributions. Different game categories contribute differently toward clearing wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the wagering requirement, while live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at lower rates as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game categories may not contribute at all.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. cun77 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to close the associated Account — if it determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, hedging bonus bets across markets to guarantee profit, using automated software to place bonus bets, or any other strategy designed to exploit bonus mechanics rather than engage in genuine recreational play.

5.5 Promotional Changes. cun77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any amendment does not retroactively disadvantage a Member who has already accepted and is actively completing a promotion's wagering requirements in good faith.

5.6 No Obligation to Offer Bonuses. The availability of a bonus on one occasion does not create an obligation on cun77 to offer the same or a similar bonus on any future occasion. Bonuses are offered at cun77's sole discretion.

Member Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities. You must not engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or exploit game mechanics in live dealer games, poker variants, or any other multiplayer format.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other IP-masking technology.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting on any sports market offered on the sportsbook.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cun77 staff or other Members through any communication channel provided by the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, interfere with, or compromise the technical integrity or security of the Platform in any way.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Activities. cun77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaging in prohibited activities, forfeit all balances in such Account, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

6.3 Responsible Gaming. cun77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Member base. Games & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting product available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface or the relevant product section. In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

7.2 Sportsbook Bets. All sports bets are accepted subject to the sportsbook rules published on the Platform, including rules governing mix parlay (accumulator) bets, voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, live in-play betting, and the treatment of postponed, cancelled, or abandoned events. cun77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an erroneous odd or price that is manifestly incorrect, regardless of the stated outcome.

7.3 Togel Games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by officially published reference draws. In the event of a discrepancy between the Platform's displayed result and the official draw result, the official draw result shall prevail. cun77 is not responsible for any loss arising from a Member's misreading of draw results.

7.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game or system malfunction — including but not limited to software errors, server disconnections, and display glitches — all affected bets placed during the malfunction period may be declared void at cun77's discretion. Stakes on voided bets will be returned to the Member's Account Balance. cun77 will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from a declared malfunction.

9.3 Force Majeure. cun77 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure event. In such circumstances, cun77 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as quickly as practicable and to communicate the expected resolution timeline to affected Members.

9.4 Maximum Liability Cap. Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, cun77's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.5 Member Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. cun77 is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from your gambling activity on the Platform. Termination

10.1 Termination by Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting cun77 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (net of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

10.2 Termination by cun77. cun77 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your Account at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms, or if cun77 determines that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity, security, or legal standing of the Platform.

10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for any reason: (a) all pending bets and wagers that were validly placed prior to termination will be settled according to their applicable rules; (b) any Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited; (c) your right to access the Platform will immediately cease.

10.4 Survival of Terms. Clauses 1 (Definitions), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Governing Law), and any other clause that by its nature should survive termination, shall continue in full force and effect following the closure or termination of your Account.

Governing Law

11.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Southeast Asian region.

11.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and cun77 arising from or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. 11.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within 28 calendar days, either party may refer the matter to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution body. cun77 will provide written details of the applicable escalation body upon request.

11.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and any translated summary or support communication in Bahasa Indonesia, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
